Cardwell Package $5000.00  


Cardwell Package includes our basic Manor Package plus a vintage decor package for both the ceremony and reception. This package includes the use of our decor, plus free set up and break down of all items at the end of the reception, and pre- planning sessions to incorporate any separately purchased decor.

  • Flower girl vintage petal container and ring barer pillow/sign

  • Vintage style center pieces for each table- three separate designs.

  • Cake table decor

  • Head table decor

  • Two large entry way floral sprays.

  • 1 24X 32 personalized wedding sign with easel stand and floral spray.

  • In House DJ/MC for reception.

  • Additional wedding planning.

*Prices are based on Saturday wedding. Sunday weddings receive a $500.00 discount. Mon-Thur events receive a $1000.00 discount. 

  • 150 guest seating for both wedding ceremonies and reception.

  • Parking for 80+ cars with overflow parking available.

  • Access to the property (house, tent, and grounds) 10am-10pm.

  • Rehearsal dinner space-Access to the property the previous evening (or an evening of your choice if not available) 5pm-9pm.

  • Day of coordination including a 2 planning session and Rehearsal night coordination is needed.

  • Two Suites-Bridal Suite in house with full bath, 4 vanities, and access to the main kitchen. Groom Shed on the outskirts of the property with access to reception bathrooms, mini fridge, and outdoor space.

  • Sound provided for the ceremony.

  • Chairs for ceremony and reception.

  • Round tables for reception seating (19).

  • Table for cake table, food set up, and head table (5).

  • White table cloths for all tables.

  • Use of vases, variety of styles and sizes

  • Set up of all chairs, tables, and table cloths.

  • Use of property for bridal or engagement photography (3 hour max).

 


A La Carte Add-Ons 

  • $3.50 per guest- China Service: includes a dinner plate, small salad/dessert plate/bowl, goblet, knife,, and fork per guest. Included set up (either buffet style or sit down and washing service)

  • $300.00- Overnight Manor stay: Check in at 4pm the evening before your event and spend the evening in one of the 3 furnished bedrooms. Each room is equipped with a Queen size bed and full bathroom. If you have more guest feel free to bring air mattresses and sleep extra guest in the parlor and bridal suites. Max of 12 guest.

  • By Quote- Floral: We also can provide arrangements for the wedding and reception, including bridal bouquets and boutonni√®res. These services are priced depending on the event or wedding needs after a consultation.
